Hey, I’m Bud.

If you’re here, something probably caught your attention. Maybe it was the writing or maybe the questions underneath it.

This is a space for reflective writing about growing, adapting, and staying grounded while life keeps shifting. I explore that through essays on midlife, change, health, technology, creativity, and the quieter transitions we don’t always talk about.

No hacks. No hustle. No toxic positivity.
Just slower thinking, stories, experiments, and reflections shaped by real life.

What You Can Expect

  • Human-centered writing (written by me, not scripts or shortcuts)

  • Essays on change, identity, attention, and creative life

  • Personal experiments in living with more intention

  • Honest reflections on health, technology, aging, and meaning

  • Real life, as it is—messy, hopeful, unfinished

Why my name?

After years of starting projects that slowly became more about branding, I wanted something simpler.

Using my name keeps me grounded in the work.
No niche chasing. No funnel thinking.

This is a container for exploration. For learning when to yield, when to stand firm, and how to keep moving without losing yourself.

Why Subscribe?

If you value depth over hype, presence over speed, and reflection over noise, this space might be for you.

This is writing for curious humans navigating growth with resilience, creativity, and the occasional dad joke.
